Healthy Potter and the Chamber of Emotions is an Erasmus+ youth exchange with 25 young people aged 18 – 26 from Luxembourg, Sweden, Italy, Slovenia and Jordan, taking place in Luxembourg City. Its main elements are activities all around mental health, art & creativity (such as pottery and poetry slam) and self-care. Furthermore, the program consists of a cultural evening, topic related workshops and excursions. The project aims at equipping youngsters with tools and strategies they might find useful to develop mental and emotional resistance, mindfulness and ability to find healthy coping mechanisms to the increasingly stressful society of today.
